SHIPPING POLICY

Returns:

Returns and refunds are available within 30 days of delivery, excluding vanity countertops, which are non-refundable. Return shipping costs apply, and items must be in their original condition. Contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned with an RA number will be accepted. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Receiving and Inspecting Items:

Inspect your package upon arrival. If the box is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and accept the shipment. Inspect each item for damages and report any issues within 48 hours. Items not in original condition will not be accepted for return.

 

Shipping:

Luxe Cabinets and Fixtures ships locally within a 40-mile radius. Additional shipping fees may apply for limited-access areas. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days.

 

Shipping Time:

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Shipping time depends on merchandise availability and credit verification. We only ship to APO, POB addresses, or hotels if coordinated in advance.

 

Arrival/Delivery:

Someone must be present to accept the package upon delivery. Inspect the package for damage and count the boxes before signing the proof of delivery. Retain all packing materials in case of return. All returns must be in original packaging to qualify for a refund, exchange, or replacement.
