Returns Policy for Luxe Cabinets & Fixtures

Distributor Return Policy
No Returns or Exchanges. All Sales are Final.

Non-Distributor Return Policy
Online Retail Customers: Merchandise purchased online may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

In-Store Customers: Merchandise purchased in-store may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for returning the material to the store. Any freight or handling charges incurred are non-refundable.

Requirements for a Valid Return
- Merchandise must be undamaged, in its original packaging, in full cartons, in resalable condition, and deemed returnable.
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Service.
- Merchandise must be shipped and received at the designated Luxe Cabinets & Fixtures facility within 30 days of the purchase date.
** Invalid returns will not be refunded, and customers have 30 days to pick up their merchandise or arrange return shipping at their expense before it is deemed abandoned**

Non-Returnable Merchandise
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products purchased from another retailer or distributor
- Custom and special order products
- Loose samples 
- Discontinued, Limited Stock, Out of Stock, and Clearance products
- Products marked “Final Sale”
- Products that have been altered, cut, fabricated, or installed

- Damaged boxes & damaged material

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process
To obtain an RMA, contact Customer Service within 30 days of purchase with your order number, name, billing address, items to return, quantity, and reason for return. The RMA is valid within 30 days of purchase, and merchandise must be received within this period. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds
All returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days for credit/debit card transactions and within 14 days for e-check transactions.

Cancellations and Changes
Contact Customer Service immediately with the order number. Cancellations or changes are allowed if the order has not shipped. Once shipped, a 25% restocking fee and all shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this moment. However, you can return products within 30 days of purchase and order new ones.

Damaged/Defective/Short/Incorrect Product
Contact Customer Service within 2 days of receipt if you receive damaged, defective, short, or incorrect merchandise. Provide your order number, type of issue, item, quantity at issue, pictures showing the issue, and confirmation that the product has not been cut or installed. Luxe Cabinets & Fixtures is not responsible for product defects, property damage, lost labor costs, or loss of use due to faulty installation.
